At Kulisha Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic sweeteners to our customers across Uganda in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery process, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all districts in Uganda, including Kampala, Wakiso, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, and more. If you are outside Uganda, please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

✔ Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
✔ Delivery Time:

• Kampala & Wakiso: 1-2 business days

• Major Towns (Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale, etc.): 2-4 business days

• Remote Areas: 4-7 business days
  ✔ Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders within Kampala & Wakiso placed before 12:00 PM (subject to availability).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location:
✔ Kampala & Wakiso: UGX 10,000
✔ Other Major Towns: UGX 20,000
✔ Remote Areas: UGX 25,000
✔ Free Shipping: Available for orders above UGX 500,000 within Kampala.

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide:
✔ A tracking number (if applicable).
✔ Delivery updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
✔ Customer support for order status inquiries at [Insert Contact Details].

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services and delivery riders to ensure your package arrives safely. In some areas, we use third-party logistics providers.

6. Delivery Issues

✔ Delayed Deliveries: If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us immediately.
✔ Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, additional delivery fees may apply.
✔ Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, notify us within 24 hours with photos for resolution.

7. Changes & Cancellations

✔ Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
✔ Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
